GENERAL POLICIES

Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of your stay at Ravinala Guest House.

  • Check in: 14:00 PM – 19:00 PM / Check out: 10:00 PM
  • All accommodation must be paid prior to or on arrival. No bookings are guaranteed until reservation is confirmed by payment of a deposit. All online bookings are subject to an e-mail confirmation.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be paid via EFT or cash only.
  • Deposit policy: 50% of the entire amount will be charged to secure booking.
  • The balance is strictly due on arrival in cash or 5 working days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
    30% of this deposit is non- refundable.
  • Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation policy: (Before date of arrival)
    • up to 21 days - 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
    • within 21 days - the full deposit will be retained.
    • within 7 days - the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    • If we are able to fill your room only 30% of your deposit will be retained.
    • In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
    • In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
  • Children Rates (children sharing with minimum of one adult). 6 – 12: 50% of sharing rate.

SAFETY & LIABILITY

  1. The owners, managers and staffs are not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ or visitors’ property, nor for the injury or death of any guests or visitors.
  2. Visitors are not allowed to enter any GUEST ROOM . Unless prior approval is sought and given by MANAGEMENT.
  3. Unregistered EXTRA guest other than the number booked will attract an additional TARIFF.
  4. Guests are welcome to meet limited visitors from 10am to 6pm in the COMMON areas of the Guesthouse.
  5. Out of respect for all guests. Noise must be kept down to a comfortable level.
  6. No noise after 10 PM. Guests are not permitted to entertain non-residents guests on our property without approval is sought and given by MANAGEMENT.
  7. NO SMOKING is allowed in room in the Guesthouse. Smoking is only allowed in the pool veranda and balcony area.
  8. Right of Admission is reserved.

Our guests safety is our top priority, we reserve the right to eject a guest/guests from the guesthouse if they are not conducting themselves in an appropriate and/or acceptable manner to the building and/or other residents or staff.
